What are Perfect Practice Awards for music students?

For younger students who are learning piano, guitar, violin, or some other musical instrument, practice might take a little "encouragement." Several motivation rewards are built into the MusicTeacherNotes music lesson app. A Perfect Practice Award is earned when a student completes an entire practice plan. It's just one of several motivational rewards that students receive for meeting their music practice goals.

Achievment Awards for practicing music

The MusicTeacherNotes Practice Plan Creator allows parents or students to generate a structured practice plan that assigns students goals to practice from one music lesson to the next. A MusicTeacherNotes practice plan is more than a practice schedule chart. It details exactly how many times or how many minutes each skill should be practiced. This helps promotes clarity and prevents frustration, often associated with getting a child to practice a musical instrument.

When parents generate a practice plan, all of the days to practice on the Family Calendar are colored orange. When a student completes their required practice for a specific day, the color changes from orange to green. Once all of the days for a practice plan are completed, all of the days will turn green.
