How to add your music studio's cancellation policy?

Your cancellation policy explains to students how you handle makeup lessons and billing if a student cancels.
It can be awkward telling a student that they will be charged when they cancel. The MusicTeacherNotes cancellation policy feature helps solve that problem; it automatically displays your cancellation policy when a student clicks the cancel option for an upcoming lesson.
Additionally, suppose a student calls you to cancel, and you enter the cancellation in your MusicTeacherNotes Calendar. When that happens, a cancellation notification is automatically emailed to the student and pushed to the student’s account so they see your cancellation policy.
How you handle each cancellation is entirely up to you. By automatically showing your cancellation policy to students when they cancel, students are less likely to cancel unnecessarily.
