How do I add my Availability Calendar to my website?

Adding your availability calendar to your website allows students and potential students to see when you are available to teach music lessons.

Add music lesson schedule for students to see

Your Availability Calendar takes into account the normal hours you are available to teach music lessons, schedule conflicts such as doctor appointments or vacations, and times when students already have you scheduled.

Music lesson availability for teachers

If you do not add your Availability Calendar to your website, then students will need to be logged in to MusicTeacherNotes and connected to you to see it. That means potential new students cannot see it, which could inhibit your ability to acquire new students.

We have a public link that you can use to add your Availability Calendar to your website.

Share music lesson calendar on website

Follow these steps to put your Availability Calendar on your website:

  1. Navigate to the Calendars menu Click the Availability Calendar for the studio you wish to use
  2. Click the public link, and copy it to you computer clipboard
  3. Put the link inside your HTML tag on the webpage you want to add it.

Once you accomplish the steps above, the MusicTeacherNotes music teacher scheduling software will be available to potential students who visit your website.
