I want to use my existing Gmail account to leave a review

If you already have a Gmail account that you'd like to use when you review your music teacher, use this option. This is the simplest method.

STEP 1

Search the business in Google, and locate the "Write a Review" option.

When you click the "Write a review" button you will have the option to use your existing Google account to leave a review for your music teacher.

Signing in with an existing Google account.

If you have a Google Account (Gmail), enter your Gmail address and click the "Next" button.

Leave your review.

If you have a Google account, simply follow the instructions that Google provides to leave your review. Enter the star rating. Type in a review. Add photos, if you wish. Click the "Post" button when you finish.

I want to create a new Google (Gmail) account to leave a review

If you don't have a Gmail account, and you want to create a Gmail account, click this option. You will create a new Gmail account when you go through these steps.

STEP 1

Search the business in Google, and locate the "Write a Review" option.

When you click the "Write a review" button you will have the option to create a new Google account.

Choose to create a new account.

If you want to create a new Gmail account, click the "Create account" option.

Choose who will be creating the review. If you want your child to create a review, you can do that, too.

Choose the "For myself" or "For my child" option that displays once you click the "Create account" option.

Enter your new Gmail account details.

You'll enter a first name, last name, and desired Gmail address. When you finish, click the "Next" button.

Leave your review.

If you have a Google account, simply follow the instructions that Google provides to leave your review. Enter the star rating. Type in a review. Add photos, if you wish. Click the "Post" button when you finish.

I want to use another email (not Gmail) to leave a review

If you don't want to use Gmail, use this option. You will be able to use a non-Gmail email address.

STEP 1

Search the business in Google, and locate the "Write a Review" option.

When you click the "Write a review" button you will see the option to create a new Google account. It sounds confusing, but this option will allow you to leave a review without needing to create a new Google account in step 4.

Choose to create a new account.

Click the "Create account" option. When you do you will see an option to use a different email (not Gmail) in step 4.

Choose who will be creating the review. If you want your child to create a review, you can do that, too.

Choose the "For myself" or "For my child" option that shows after you clicked the "Create account" option.

Tell Google you want to use a non-Gmail email address.

Click the option that says, "Use my current email address instead." This will have you verify the email address you intend to use, which can be an email address, like Yahoo, Hotmail, or other email service providers.

Enter the email address you wish to use for your review.

Enter the email address that you wish to use. Google will have you confirm that you own the email address. Then simply follow the instructions that Google provides to leave your review.

Leave your review.

Follow the instructions that Google provides to leave your review. Enter the star rating. Type in a review. Add photos, if you wish. Click the "Post" button when you finish.
