Greetings, as a music lover with a degree in Music from Virginia Commonwealth University, I have spent many hours learning and applying music theory from a fundamental level to advanced levels on multiple intstruments. I am thrilled at any opportunity to share my knowledge of both theory and practial technique, as well as just increasing comprehension of chords/ scales/ application on your instrument. My primary instruments are guitar, drums and piano. I have always said that piano is to music as the calculator is to math. And practically all music being rhythmic/metered in nature, proving a student with a foundation in percussion, time signatures, and rudiments is applicable to any instrument and can be essential for later developing a good feel when playing.
